sweltering heat for the past few days

air-con's not so cool anymore, might as well use fans.

i think i got side effect fromt hose chemicals inserted into my body on wed
i feel so damn tired.
and my hand, still can feel the sensation sometimes >.<

not going napha tmr.
no use.
severely lacking in fitness and stamina
cardio not so gd
might as well take in august instead
and cough still a daily nuisance
going to the doc tmr to settle my cough once and for all.
but if this round of medication were to fail, i dunno what to say liao
