Beneath that smile...

Time.
I wish I could rewind it.
I made so many stupid decisions.
That I wished I had not done so.
But now it cant be helped.
I just have to move on.
Embracing reality,
accepting fate.

Well, for other news today, I was sad to found out that my religious teacher who has taught me so much few years ago has passed away peacefully this morning. I would like to send my condolences to his family members and relatives. May he rest in peace.

kk i shall update...

well this week
very busy
mainly with pw and cca.

next week will also be a busy one
gp test on mon, temasek sem on wed
with ava duties along the way.

today was ny leaders' day
went to east coast to build sandcastle
i must say, it's quite fun
after seeing all our hardwork transform into a wonderful product
haha

then quickly went home to bathe and rushed down to plaza sing
caught harry potter and the order of the phoenix with two of my LTC grpmates, Nadine and Albert.
I must say the movie not bad.
lots of cuts and mini-changes to the story here and there, and some abrupt parts.
But overall it was quite gd.
I like how Umbridge was portrayed
and how hilarious Snape was, even though his role in this movie is quite small
then went Long John Silver for dinner
then went home

yup. that's abt it.

Ok time to blog about LTC!
sorry was too tired to update yesterday...4D 3N Camp confirm tired one
Ok...lemme list down day-by-day

Note: I learned good things from LTC, but also spotted some bad organisation&style and contradictory remarks&teachings and lack of understanding...(nth to do with my grpmates though, they rock)...but since it's my nature not to offend anyone, i will not post the bad points. My post will be POSITIVE =D.

Day 1:
Gathered in the hall at 8 am. 1st to arrive in my grp...Then waited for all my grpmates from Sir Ector to come...then gather le...then was some briefing and then we started to think of cheers and played some mini games. From the 1st impression then, I already anticipated that my group will be a high and bonded one...

then after lunch in school, all campers departed except for those who are having chinese oral and friday prayers. so stayed behind in school. went to check on my pw grp. and got back maths result. Yet another 'B'...quite disappointed but oh well...
Then at 3.30 we left and joined our grpmates in Labrador. My grpmates were doing high elements then. Too bad i didnt get try high elements...and i missed abseiling...ONCE AGAIN...lol...then went for rock climbing...1st to go...at 1st it was quite a breeze for me, but 3/4 way through the pain in my right shoulder emerged again and had much difficulty carrying on. Then i decided to drop as if i continued to stay there, my team would not be able to complete the challenge...quite disappointed with myself...usually i can succeed climbing to the top...haiz...but I would like to thank MY HYPER GRPMATES WHO CHEERED ME ON! You guys rock!

Then did some reflections. then dinner. then reflection time again...at this point of time, I would like to say that this camp got loads of relection to do...
till you feel that you are more mentally than physically tired.

then supper, bathe and we went inside our bunks. sentry duty from 3-4am. Talked cock with my grpmates on duty lol...

Day 2:
Deprived of sleep, I woke up. brushed teeth, flag raising, stretching, a bit of free time then breakfast. My grp was as high as ever haha...in the morning was supposed to be high elements again but it rained...so had to do REFLECTIONS in the hall again...lol...

then after lunch we set off on our Land Expedition. From Labrador, we walked to Kent Ridge Park. While working our grp cheered to lift our spirits up...two of our favourites being the "dynamite" cheer and the "chiku mogu" cheer lol...then we decided to hike inside the mountain bicycle track...dam cool...we tracked inside the forest. But when we come out nvr find the other clue. another grp lancelot came
and dropped a hint, and we backtracked...despite being tired, my grp super hyper la...i admire everyone's never-say-die and cheerful spirit...then we went NUS...such a big place hard to find game stations sia...1st game station was we blindfolded, except for 3 ppl, then we had to form a star shap...2nd station was shoe game...lol we were blindfolded and those not had to guide us to our own shoes...
after all the games, our grp headed to west coast...set up our tents...then dinner...then REFLECTIONS again, then night activities...was blindfolded...then after that the whole team got split up...1 boy was partnered to 1 girl...1 member blindfolded but can talk while the other can see but cannot talk...had to do several obstacles. At this point of time, i would like to say sorry to Joanne, coz she fell 2 times during the 3rd obstacle. Paiseh ah...=/...then after that was some punishment then supper then we slept...poor chan di had to sleep outside coz no space...Thanks for sacrificing...i acknowledge that =D

3rd day, in the morning played some games. sia la..got one bag game, they threw all over the place, i lost my 1.5l bottle...then buses took us to changi whereby my grpmates went kayaking, except for me and jay mie, the two supposedly "non-swimmers" in my grp...so cannot kayak...sad at 1st but must face reality. So we gathered with the other non-swimmers and helped the subcamp purchase lunch...changi village food is SUPER NICE! =D. then we had to do REFLECTIONS...and played mental games...then planned on how to help the rest who returned from kayaking. so when they returned, i helped them to carry the kayaks. Pity the sub-camp...tio knocked down after they kayak...then after everything settled we headed back to labrador on bus. then dinner...then REFLECTIONS...after that we had quite a lot of free time during supper and we played lame games. Nadine and ariff masters of lame games..."Flower live...flower die...flower live or die?" Lol...my grp will know what i'm talking about. so i decided to let them play the "pen-symbolise-nos" games, a classic...got quite a few ppl stumped LOL...then we rehearsed for our skit for the last day... then slept

4th day:
Woke up, flag raising, stretch here and there then breakfast. then REFLECTIONS, followed by continuation of lame games...we stumped teachers LOL...then area cleaning, then lunch, then grand finale! lol our skit not bad sia...lame version of King Arthur...i acted in a cameo appearance and ran around with a camel LOL then supposedly i had to fake trying to pull out the pen from the chair...(like king arthur sword in the rock)...then the pen DROPPED LOL....oppzsie...then timothy yeo gets best knight in my grp. CONGRATS! You deserve it!

then after grand finale we left...everyone quite emo...my grp was the best man =D...reached school, and said gdbye...some went for pizza, but i cant join them for fear of my mum waiting, or nagging lol...

In conclusion,
it has been fun, especially with a bunch of fun ppl as my grpmates!
Cindy, Inez, Joanne, Jay Mie, Huei Minn, Hui Xin, Hui Ting, Nadine, Hong Ding, Ariff, Timothy, Chan Di, Albert and me!

SIR ECTOR ROCKS!

(wow i took 45 mins to write this post)

So school resumes.
And MYE results are slowly coming in
Well got 60% for chem and 62% for physics.
Two "B"s
I dunno whether to be happy or not.
Happy, coz despite having only one week to study and enduring through severe pain during the exams, i managed a B.
Sad, coz i felt i could have done better, especially for chem

Feel like quitting SDP
Waste of my precious time time only
I am SERIOUSLY considering quitting.
And focus on my beloved CCA instead=D

Well,
The only solution is to work harder.
If anyone feels down,
flex those muscles...
and SMILE ! =D
There's always hope beneath the dark clouds.
